damnit, only e past 2 days that i have realised how my fitness dropped so much.
Ran 5km ystd n it took me 30 mins instead of the usual 25. Sigh
This morning ran 10 rounds and my legs wanted to die afterward. Then training was terrible, no matter how much strength i put in, the boat doesnt surge forward as it used to be, this sucks.... But still, just thinking of that damn face makes me wanna row harder, every stroke that i take makes me feel as if i got a knife and just jabbing it to his face. Good way to motivate myself i guess, eventhough it sounds so fucking sadistic.
Gamefest was boring, failed to hit the baseball to singtel... Sian, the rest r not worth talking bout.
